In 1995, the Oilers Wayne Gretzky scored a goal and assisted on three others to set single-year playoff records for assists & points as Edmonton beat Philadelphia 8-3 in Game 5 of the Finals to become the 1985 Stanley Cup Champions. Following the game Gretzky was named the winner of the Conn Smythe Trophy as playoff MVP.
